Mu Phi Epsilon is a co-educational international professional music fraternity striving for the advancement of music throughout the world, the recognition of scholarship and musicianship and the development of life-long friendship. Mu Phi Epsilon was founded November 13, 1903 and since that date has initiated more than 75,000 members.
The Alpha Zeta Chapter was originally chartered in the 1950s at Radford College, Radford, Virginia, and remained active until the early 1980s. The chapter was re-instated in 1995 by three ambitious Radford University music students and, as of this past year, has grown to thirty members!
