Historian:
    - Sarah didn’t have a chance to work on the scrapbook yet.

Parliamentarian:
    - Need November’s minutes
    - All minutes he has are posed online
    - Give Bob all pictures you have for the website

Chapter Representative:
    -We have the minutes from MARAMTS
    - Sarah will forward them to Amanda to see what is important from the
minutes.

Business:

    - Thanks to Bob, Robyn, and Amanda for Ushering.
    - February 20-21 Defloria will be coming here.

File Cabinets:
    - There will be a folder for every music major and an ensembles folder.
    - We cannot find the manila folders, may have to buy new ones.

Tee-shirts:
    - Gave design to Bev, will give to Leslie on Monday
    - Prices:  11-west- $8.34 short sleeves, $12.50 long sleeves;  DJR- $7.58
short, $4.50 long;  Eagle- $6.50 short, $9.50.  **prices are for white t-
shirt, black design, voted on having a long sleeved, black tee shirt, with
white or red design.  
    - Eagle:  $13.50 for black, long sleeved, 2 designs for 50 shirts
    - Leslie will make order forms
    - We will be collecting money as they order their shirts
    - Kelly will make flyers for professors’ mailboxes advertising the shirts.
    - People will give their order forms to club members and Emily will take
random people’s order forms and money.
    Conference Tee shirts:
    - I (heart) Music Therapy shirts to be sold at conference.

Diversity Drumming:
    - 7-9 in Roanoke on Saturday
    - Behind Hotel Roanoke
