Secretary:
     -Minutes passed

Treasurer:
     -Change jar money will be deposited
     -Account same as last week.
     -If you have 3 unexcused absents the President and Treasurer will send
you a letter.

Historian:
     -Scrapbook tomorrow.

Parliamentarian:
     -Minutes received from Secretary.
     -Officers section of by-laws
         -Changes:  Elections of all offices will be elected in spring
                            :Must be a full time student, unless approved

Chapter Representative:
     -Nothing

Old Business:

     Defloria:
          -Back to the original date of February 20-21

     Opera Ushers:
          -November 11th
          -Kelly, Robyn, Bob, Amanda

     MMO letter:
       -Strength and weaknesses of music department will be posted on the
website

     AMTA challenge:
       -We will donate a rain stick

     Service Project:
        -File Cabinets
             -Committee to man folders:  Kimberely and Bob

      Decals:
        -Bev designed new decal design
        -We will be doing tee-shirts instead of decals.
         -Sara Cole and Leslie will work on the tee-shirts
