Secretary:
     -Minutes read and approved

Historian:  None

Parliamentarian:  None

Chapter Representative:
     -No one attending the conference, the President of MARAMTS has been informed
     -No one can attend VMTA

Old Business

Catawba:
     -Melinda has yet to contact anyone.

Decals:
     -Getting these through Jennifer, it will cost us $368 for 500 4x4s  (74 cents apiece)
     -Through 11 west it will cost $4 apiece
     -Kimberly will check on costs of making these on a PC.
     -Leslie will check on the prices at printing places.

Round table:
     -Still waiting on hearing back from the MT-BC.

Defloria is coming!

New Business:

     -Emily will bring in a spaghetti jar for spare coins.
     -No one applied for the VMTA scholarship

Conscious Drumming:
     -In Roanoke this Sunday from 7-9 at the Unity Church.
     -Email Mr. Borling for directions.

Diversity Drumming:
     -Third Saturday of every month.  It is held near the Higher Education building.

Liz:  
    Jam session at her house!!
    We’ll be having a sign-up list for songs/games for end of meeting times
    Bluegrass jams, Mondays, 7pm, Coffee Mill
