       Need to reimburse Emily for supplies for parade

     By-laws changed and approved

Chapter Representative
     October 24, 25 is the rescheduled meeting for MARAMTS.
         -Let Amanda know if you can attend

Old Business

     -VMTA, October 25th, Richmond, starts at 9:30

     -Catawba:
        Andrea gave Melinda everyone’s contact information.  Melinda will email people who are interested.

     -Decals:  
          Tee-shirt design voted and approved
          Leslie will check on colors of background
          Black notes and staff, red “RU”, navy “Department of Music”

      -Round table
          Still waiting to hear back from the music therapists in area

     -Mr. Borling emailed Defloria Lane

     -We won 2nd place in the sidewalk chalk contest

      -Homecoming Parade:
          Emily bought twin sized sheet and markers ($11)
          Meet in office from 3-5 today if you want to help make banner
          Meet at 8 am on Saturday for parade, leaving at 8:15
          Liz will buy hot chocolate and doughnut supplies for after the parade

New Business:

      -Contact Beth Woodward if you are interested in getting GIM, she needs practice sessions
       -No meeting next week.
