     - Batteries were bought
     - Sidewalk chalk check event given to Amanda for sidewalk chalk activity fee.

Parliamentarian:
     - Website updates with new paid members, minutes will be given to Bob to be posted.

New Business:

    - Flyer passes for Conscious Drumming

    - Richmond, October 25th, VMTA, $10 membership fee

    - National Conference:  See Andrea if going

    - Decal Sketches:  4 designs

Old Business:

    - Round table will be on January 1st.   Now contacting people

    - Deforia: contacting her about coming

    - Catawba:   May contact Erin for Brass Ensemble out of Andrea’s hands.  Observation hours count for  this, approved by Borling/Liz/Nicole.

    - Decals:  Leslie received e-mail about what we want for “wish list”, which includes inside cling.  If you have an idea, sketch it out and talk about it at the end of the meeting.

    - By-laws:  changed, Bob will email Robyn the changes.

    - Drum Circle at 6:30, meet in music department to carry instruments over on Oct. 9th.

    - Sidewalk Chalk Saturday, October 3rd

    - Homecoming Parade:  Emily is head of committee; see her at end of meeting time
       $25 for supplies was voted and approved.
