     -flyers for Deforia:  100 to residential life on 2/12 or 2/12
                                   100 stamped:  will post 30 a week
                                   table tents (talk about next week)
                                   Kimberly will receive the printing invoice

Secretary:
      -Minutes passed

Treasurer:
       -dues are due today
       -extend the due date for dues to next week
       -$333.52 in account

Historian:
       -No report

Parliamentarian:
       -By-laws on internet
       -Updated up to 1/5

New Business:

Email from Nicole from Harmon Logan
      -Hospice Camp on April 23rd-25th:  Camp Treehouse
      -Will work with groups individually and finish with large drum circle
      -Ages 6-teenagers
      -Camp is located 45-60 minutes from Radford
       -The camp needs help on April 24th
       -Mr. Logan will come to Radford to train those that are interested

Fundraiser:
       -I (heart) Music therapy teeshirt design was voted on and passed
       -Leslie will call the teeshirt people

Buy clear, plastic name tags for clinical sites
         -Liz will check it out

Kim will spread file folders into two cabinets

Amanda will hand in forms to Club Programming for conference registrations
