CTO @ 5:00 pm **No Confidence Vote is taken by secret ballot à Dwayne Martin will remain MTSORU president** Reports: President: -Ordered 35 totebags -Brought in t-shirt catalogue from 11-W -Conference registrations were sent in along with $250 from RU V-P: -Looking for table @ conference Secretary: -Minutes stand as read Treasurer.: -Balance is $301.78 Sr. Rep.: -Sent a summary into MARAMTS for its newsletter Old Business: -FC: *Totebag table: Amanda is checking on *T-shirt: the final design is to have the previous totebag design on the back of the shirt while a treble clef with music dept. concentrations will be on the front of the shirt; FC must find 3 or 4 styles for a short-sleeve shirt along with prices for MTSORU to vote on at the next meeting -NLC: *nothing -BLC: *After the meeting see Allison in order to set up a meeting time -VC: *Meeting is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28th in the lounge; everyone and any ideas are welcome; if you have any ideas, e-mail Melanie at msmith8@radford.edu *Volunteering at Conference is now out of Amanda’s hands; if you want to volunteer at conference, contact Nancy Jackson at njackson@hereintown.net -Massage Workshop: *Liz scheduled time with therapist for April 19th, 12-2 pm and MTSORU agreed on this day and time; possibility that it can be recorded for those who can not come -CPR: *Dwayne is checking *Resign up on the old list if still interested in being certified New Business: -University Concert Series: *Ushers needed for March 20th concert @ 7:30 because many members will be out of town for MAR Conference; Bob, Euk-young, and Scott have volunteered -MTSORU Website: *Activities sign-up list, Schedule of Events, and Minutes are all posted on-line at -Instrument Clean-up: *Suggested that at end of one meeting, members take time to help sanitize the instruments in the locker Activity: -Parachute Activity, “We’re Gonna Shake the Sillies Out” Mtg.
