English 699: M. A. Thesis

if you  would like to explore the possibility of working on your thesis with me, please check my office hours or email me to make an appointment.  As an active scholar, I welcome every opportunity to work with students on a wide variety of topics. The following links to publications indicate how lucky I have been to have worked with my past students on topics germane to my own scholarship. I directed theses ranging from James Joyce, Virginia Woolf, Katherine Mansfield, and Milan Kundera, to literary criticism, gender studies, film theory and adaptation, literature and music, philosophy/modernism, etc.  My publications in the field of translation studies and my ongoing involvement in several other publication projects offer possibilities for collaborative learning and publishing, and I'm eager to involve like-minded students in research.
