When submitting information about your club,
please use the following format:

President , Secretary
Membership Oct. 1 -
Meeting Place

For the year, provide the following information:
1. Projects, fund raisers for the year with: name, hours worked, funds collected, funds spent.
2. Kiwanis Awards received for the club, given to members.
3. New clubs your club sponsored during that year.
4. Members who hold District Office - LG, District Chairs, etc.
5. Additional stuff you want your club remembered for in the future.

Please do not personalize the information or
reference your information against what is going on in the world.
