Officers, Past Presidents

The Foundation Board is made up of an Executive Committee, District Officers, and Division Trustees. Division Trustees hold a 4-year term and are elected or appointed by their Divisions. Their terms are staggered so approximately one-fourth are elected each year. The Executive Committe members serve 1-year terms and can be elected for second year term. The Foundation President, President-elect are elected from the Foundation Division Trustees. The Immediate Past President serves 1-year following their term in office. The Treasurer and Executive Secretary are appointed by the Division Trustees (they are not Division Trustees).

Division Trustees are responsible for attending and representing their Divisions at scheduled District Foundation Board meetings. They visit clubs in their Division to make presentations, recognize clubs or individuals who have given support to the Foundation.
