The Founder's Society is an endowment fund within the Capital District Kiwanis Foundation (CDKF) created to benefit the Sponsored Leadership Programs (District CKI, Key Club, Builders, K-Kids). A tax-deductible contribution of $1,000 can be made to the CDFK designated for the Founder's Society. This can be done serveral ways: by check; gift of appreciated stocks or other financial investments assests, or a bequest in a Will, Trust or Estate Pan.
A contributor receives the satisfaction that they are contributing to maintaining a legacy of Kiwanis support for the Capital District Kiwanis K-Kids, Builders, Key Club and CKI organizations; also a Founder's Society Neck Medallion Ribbon, Engraved Shadow Box Display Case, and a lapel Founder's Society pin.
