Page 71- Table 4.8.
Under the column cf, the numbers read 2, 7, 1, 20, 23, & 24. These should read 2, 7, 13, 20, 23, & 24. Thanks to Dr. Ray Grimm for finding that one.
Page 74- Practice Exercise 7- part e.
The problem reads: Mean = 110, Median = 15, Mode = 117
The Median should be 115, not 15.
Pate 74 - Practice Exercise 7 - part g.
This question is a little unclear. It would be best to assume that each of the data sets described in 7a - 7f all have a range of scores that start at 0. This may make it a little easier to decide which distributions are clearly strongly skewed.
