Similarly, in the example formula for Step 10, there is a mistake in the formula. An extra Σ is included in the formula. It should appear as follows:
Page 245 - Step 11 - There is a 12 hanging out in space bellow the first formula. The 12 is not part of the formula, and should not be there at all.
Page 253-255 - Practice Exercise 5 and 6 - These are really one question. For some reason the two paragraphs making up this exercise each got numbered as their own problem. Similarly Exercises 7 and 8 make up a single question.
