Infant & Toddler Connection of the New River Valley provides early intervention services
(Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act-IDEA) to infants and toddlers,
birth to three, with a developmental delay or diagnosis. Infant & Toddler
Connection of the New River Valley serves families in the following communities in
Virginia; Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, Pulaski, and Radford City.
