To update the official syllabus for a currently approved General Education course, the following two forms must be used:

• General Education Course Syllabus Revision Cover Sheet
• General Education Course Syllabus Form

To add an existing course to the General Education Program, the following two forms must be used:

• Proposal to the General Education Curriculum Advisory Committee
• General Education Course Syllabus Form

To propose a brand new course for inclusion in the General Education Program, the following two forms must be used:

• Cover Sheet for Proposal to the Undergraduate Curriculum and Catalog Review Committee
• New Course Proposal Form
