Federal Stafford Loan Entrance Interview

Who is required to do an Entrance Interview?

If you are receiving a Federal Stafford Loan for the first time at Radford University, you are required to complete an Entrance Interview before any funds can be disbursed to you. When you complete the Entrance Interview online you will need to create an account in order to access the online loan counseling.  This is to keep your information private.

There is a short quiz at the end of the Entrance Interview that you will have to take to complete the Entrance Interview. You must pass 80% of the questions in order to satisfactorily satisfy this requirement. Once the Interview is completed, the results of your successful Entrance Interview will be e-mailed to RU's Financial Aid Office automatically. This Entrance Interview will only be held for one academic year should you decide to not enroll during the upcoming year.
