The department of Exercise, Sport, and Health Education at Radford University prepares individuals for leadership roles in a variety of programs. The Physical and Health Education teaching program in Radford Virginia needs your support.  If you are a high school senior, college freshman, transfer student, or an undecided major you should look into our program.

The nation also needs you because the worst teaching shortage ever is amongst us.  We have a graying teacher workforce that is nearing retirement and a great need for college educated students to be the replacements. The result will be a historic turnover in the teaching profession where half the teachers who will be in public school classrooms 10 years from now have not even been hired yet.

Start your college experience with us.  By planting your seed in our department you can watch it grow for a lifetime.
