Courses taught are Video Art, Animation, Basic Videography, Basic Computer for the Fine Artist, and Drawing.
1996(Spring) - Graduate Instructor
Developed a course in Multimedia Design and Animation. The various media components of sight, sound, motion, language, and message communication are organized according to Howard Gardner¹s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. This course is the subject of my dissertation issued August 1996.

Fibernet 2000
Program of Research and Evaluation for Public Schools (PREPS).
Assistantship with Fibernet 2000 involved a distance learning course in Broadcast Video. Work entailed assisting instructors and operating the computer interface. Assistantship with PREPS involved qualitative research for the Laurel Magnet School Assistance Program in Laurel, MS. Research consisted of observations and summary reports. A presentation at the PREPS¹ Winter Conference included production of a slide show of the Laurel Magnet Schools and a video documentary of the fine arts component of Nora Davis Elementary School. Additional work for PREPS encompassed a qualitative research evaluation of the Adult Basic Education Model Project involving observations and reports of replication sites.
1984 -1992 Audiovisual Coordinator, The Spence School, New York City.
Advised teachers in the research and evaluation of audiovisual materials, media specific methodology, and multimedia computer applications in all subjects, k - 12 curricula. Designed and taught critical viewing classes. Taught production skills in animation, video slides, and audio. Provided technical expertise to teachers and administered and budgeted all equipment needs. Served on the Operating Council of the Independent School's Film/Video Co-op.
1981- 1984 Filmmaker in Residence, Alabama Filmmaker's Co-op, Huntsville, AL.
Coordinated Filmmaker in the Schools Program for Alabama. Taught film/video and critical viewing. Advised teachers regarding media application in the classroom.
