| Professional Development Networks have proven to be effective in helping new teachers to adjust to their teaching assignments and to feel confident and competent. This web page is designed to strengthen and enhance the involvement, innovation and leadership of our students and other network members. Students, faculty, cooperating teachers, and the Advisory Council assisted in content development and will utilize the resources provided. Such networks can become an important feature of teachers' systems of support, and provide the knowledge and encouragement necessary for teachers to implement innovative ideas.
