Rebel III

Rebel was born on January 25, 1992, and was given to me for my eighth birthday.  He was a purebred, yet plump beagle and had been through many things in his twelve years.  He was bitten by a cotton mouth, been attacked by numerous dogs, had his dew claw nail torn out, and even survived prostate cancer.  Even though he's been through his share of bad instances, we had worlds of fun together.  Some of my best memories have been walking with Rebel in different trails, running into various animals from little rabbits to huge bears.  Unfortunately, Rebel had to be put down on December 22, 2004 due to illness.  He was more than a dog; he was family.  He will be missed greatly.  Click on pictures to enlarge them.
