ESHE 460 – Trust Project: Exam 3 (Final)
This is an assigned project with a two (min) to four (max) page write-up to serve as the final exam for the course. This exam/project is open book, open notes and you may consult others. You are NOT permitted to use, or consult with, any class member.
One of the texts we studied this semester was “The Speed of Trust” by Stephen M. R. Covey. Using this book, and other materials/books we covered in class, complete this assignment and e-mail it to me in Word using 12 point type by 5:30p.m. Thursday, December 17th.
The Project: (50 points of the 100 point Total)
- Select a friend or coworker who you trust and is willing to take time to help you think through this project. This is an academic exercise, so their involvement is only intellectual.
- The two of you are to develop a theoretical situation in which the trust between you has been broken.
- You, as the class member, are to develop a plan (based on the book) to restore the trust between you.
- You then go back to your friend/coworker and get their reaction to the plan.
- The final step is to correct the original plan and summarize how and why it worked.
- You may add your comments at the end.
- Add additional information if necessary.
The write-up: (50 points of the 100 point Total)

- Describe the partner.
- Describe the situation.
