The main purpose of this class is to instruct and practice in designing interactive
World Wide Web sites for the mass media. According to our class syllabus it is also supposed to introduce Web aesthetics, digital imaging and other applications for the web.

Our teacher Bob Stepno has been a writer and editor in newspapers, magazine, and software industries for over 20 years. He joined Radford University's Faculty in August 2007 as an assistant professor of media studies. This semester he is not just teaching our class, Web Production, but also teaching news writing. My Goals in This Class
What I am hoping to get out of this class is the ability to develop a better eye for good looking Web pages that work correctly. Create web sites that meet the needs of the audiences while using a mixture of videos, picture and text which is also known as digital media. I am also hoping to accomplish a better profile and portifolio web site about myself that I will be eventually able to use to get interships or jobs in the Website Development field. Through out this semester I will be using my coding and design knowledge that I learned in this class, in other classes, and ideas I learned outside class to complete all assignment and projects.A Little About ME
I am currently a junior at Radford University majoring in Web Development in the
College of Science and Technology and minoring in Business Management.
