Inclement Weather Policy: If the individual centers where classes are being held (Radford University, Roanoke Higher Education Center, Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center) is closed, class will NOT be held; otherwise classes will be held on time. Announcements made via area radio and television stations.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a course for which you have paid a fee, we must receive written notification five (5) working days prior to the course in order for you to receive credit that can be applied toward the cost of any other course/program offered by the Business Assistance Center. Substitute participants are permitted with no additional fee at any time prior to the start of a course. Radford University reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course with insufficient enrollment or for events beyond our control
