Environmental Management 101

This is a one-day workshop designed to introduce managers to tools for achieving regulatory requirements while advancing the company's strategic goals. It is particularly useful for managers of small and medium sized companies and suppliers to companies that are using environmental management systems. In this course you will learn: key concepts of strategic environmental management and environmental management systems; how to assess your organization's environmental management program and develop a plan for what you want to do; and how to apply the provided tools, techniques and strategies to get you there
