Museums of Dublin
Dublin has a variety of museums, many of which I did not have an opportunity to visit. The National Museum of Ireland lives in Dublin and its features include its gothic dome with large marble pillars and a zodiac tile floor. The National Museum has a variety of exhibits dating back through Irish History. The below picture was borrowed from the National Museum site and is a also a link to get there.
Dublin is also home to one of Ireland's National History Museums, a National Gallery which features the works of Jack Yeats, W.B. Yeats' brother and a fine collection which was left to the estate by George Bernard Shaw, and Dublin Castle, a restored 13th century castle which houses fine decor and rich paintings.
