Whose War on Terror?

Yes, we had a terrorist attack on our country, and yes, we should do something about it. However, while we're so worried about being angry and fighting back, it seems like we have forgotten what we SHOULD be doing about it. Where is Osama? Eh, we got Saddam. We don't need to worry about that OTHER mass murderer. The United States and other advanced countries have CIA that can watch you and I, sitting in our living rooms drinking a beer, from an orbiting satellite -- yet they can't find a person with hundreds of followers.

Osama aside, the main reason that I am highly irritated towards President Bush is not just for the messes he's created, but because he's drawn others into it, namely my husband. My husband has been in the Army for almost three years and has been to Iraq and back during that time. He gets out of active duty in March and will probably be sent back over to Iraq for another year. What kind of war on terror is this? I'd say that Bush is doing a pretty bad job. He hasn't done a thing to alleviate the terror I have of losing my husband.

I don't want my husband to die just because Bush wants to prove how big his guns are. This power trip that he's on is not only dangerous, but destructive to the people we love. While he's sitting pretty in the White House, we are losing loved ones. Why? I can't think of a single reason good enough.

How can we as a nation point blame on others when we are the only nation in history to be tried for terrorism? Don't believe me? Do your research.
