The year in music (or at least a glance)
| Published 12/03/04

The year is winding down. There are only a handful of Tuesdays in the remainder of 2004; very few chances for outstanding music to be released. While 2004 hasn?t been an exceptional year for rock music, it?s been just as good as any other year in the new millennium. Since music pretty much runs my life and due to the fact that I?m usually low on grocery money every month because of frequent trips to the record store, I feel it is my duty to kind of reflect on the music I?ve deemed worthy of purchase. I will also spread my thoughts to you, in hopes that you?ll hear some new music or, at least, stop listening to Taking Back Sunday and Yellowcard.

So I, David Barker, present (in a clich? manner) my top 10 albums of 2004.
