New Popular Bands are Just Old Popular Bands Music has gone through many different trends. One that is becoming more and more popular is what I like to call a "mash-up". A mash-up is where you take members from one band and give them a new lead singer or members from another band. Examples include Velvet Revolver (Guns N Roses and STP), Audioslave (RATM and Sound Garden), and just recently, Alter Bridge (Creed and new lead singer Myles Kennedy). Now the question is: are these bands better than the originals? |
