You may remember them with their hits "Broken" and "The Way I Feel." You may remember their lead singer releasing a track with Evanescence called "Bring Me to Life." Now you can remember 12 Stones as the band that brought you "Potter's Field," their recently released sophomore album. 12 Stones tell a story through their music. With their heavy rhythms, screaming vocals and Christian message, it's no wonder that 12 Stones has had an amazing career. The band, off the Wind-Up Record label, continues where they left off from their freshman album. Their first single, "Far Away," packs a punch and gives exactly what the fans were craving. Their CD has been completely cleaned up and doesn't feature some of the “static-y” music that was heard on their first CD. My only problem is the vocals. They have been considerably toned down. and the volume has been lowered. It really hurts the scream effect. Nonetheless, 12 Stones is back and ready to rock out once again. |
