What are your thoughts on Radford's reputation?

"I think that we are labeled as a party school, but it's just like any other school you go to."-Jason Barney, RU senior

"I think it has a bad reputation as a party school and not that great of an academic reputation. But I don't think it's true. I think this is a great school and has great academics, and really isn't anymore of a party school than the average college."-Bree McCusker, RU junior

"Well, I think Radford's reputation has gotten a lot better in the years. The admissions are now a lot stricter. The incoming freshman this year had an average GPA of a 3.4 I think and it's on the rise. So I think a lot of the reputation Radford had was due to damage that had been done many, many years ago and is still trying to break away from. But I think Radford's reputation is on the rise and the people that go here know what a great place it is."-Lori Ferguson, RU senior
