Muse makes the holiday's madrigal

Do you want to celebrate an old-fashioned Christmas dinner right here at RU? Now's your chance. Not only will there be plenty of food to eat, RU's own Madrigal singers will be supplying the music for the evening. The madrigal dinner will take place three nights, going from Thursday, Dec. 2 through Saturday, Dec. 4. Thursday night's dinner was a success with the entertainment and the food.

With the singers dressed up in fancy holiday costumes, and Muse Dining Hall decorated for the occasion, it brings the holidays to RU before winter break begins. Tickets are $25 for the general public and $20 for RU students.

Muse Dinning Hall has been very active in decorating for the holidays, and this is just an extra event for RU students to enjoy and gain information about other departments in the university. The evening will be eventful with a jester, singing waiters and waitresses and a skit. Muse is making this not only a dining event but an entertainment event as well.

This event is something to bring together the community and the school. The music department gets to show again what kind of work they are doing, with the added bonus of a medium wherein they get to bring joy for the holidays to the Radford community.
