If you're looking for a completely politically incorrect holiday flick, "Bad Santa" is the movie to see. Its title is no understatement.

Billy Bob Thornton is the up-to-no-good department store Santa. He's a grumpy, drunken man that is full of regret and testosterone. Each Christmas season, he and his buddy team up to work at the mall all the way to Christmas Eve. On that night, they pull their huge scam operation after closing and steal all the earnings from the vault and merchandise as well. Apparently, they've been doing this for many years and have never been caught.

One year, however, is different than all of other Christmas'. Santa meets Warren, a chubby boy who asks too many questions and wears shorter shorts than Larry Bird in his Celtic days. As much as Santa tries to ignore the kid, he can't seem to get rid of him.

Another thing aggravated Santa that year; the mall's security manager, played by Bernie Mac, was on to their scamming and wanted a piece of the pie.

Before you knew it, Santa learned a little something from the kid, and the surprise result of their latest burglary changed his life forever...or did it?

"Bad Santa" was definitely not a kid movie, especially with an "R" rating. This might seem quite obvious within the first minutes of the movie. Billy Bob Thornton was the perfect pick for the role of Santa, as were all of the other characters. Bernie Mac was funny as was John Ritter's surprising appearance as the timid mall manager.

There are not many dark comedies for the Christmas season, but for this reason, "Bad Santa" is a true asset to all joyful holiday people and even the "bah-humbugs." So see it - you'll like it!
