Are you craving sushi, freshly grilled shrimp, dumplings or a variety of fifty different entrees including chicken, beef and pork, but you can‰t choose just one? Chen‰s Bistro can satisfy your cravings in a heartbeat.

Finding the perfect Asian restaurant can be tricky, because most people don‰t want to risk eating bad Asian food. We all know what that can do to your stomach. Going out to eat should be a pleasant experience. You want an enjoyable environment, great service and close-to-perfect food. Chen‰s Bistros has everything you could want in Asian cuisine.

It is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Charlotte is known for their extravagant houses, classy cars and their sassy taste for food. At Chen‰s Bistro you can dine in or eat from their buffet, creating an environment like PF Chang‰s meets China King Buffet. It‰s the best of both worlds.

The restaurant is right next to the Melting Pot, where fine dinning will cost you around $25 per plate. Chen‰s Bistro is undeterred even with such a competitor. Also Chen's Bistro has a large parking lot; finding a spot is never a problem.

Even on their busiest days when you‰re forced to go on a wait, that‰s never a problem. There are many stores in the surrounding area if the wait is for a longer period of time. The brick sidewalks creates a romantic setting for walking around, and after dinner there is a Maggie Moo‰s ice cream parlor where you can create your won ice-cream with toppings of your choice, located on the lower level.

As soon as you enter, you are immediately greeted with a smile. The wait on a late Friday night is at a bare minimum. The restaurant screams elegance. The ceilings are high, and the booths are as comfortable as your very own couch. The fish aquarium and water fountain in the foyer completes the package.

Chen‰s Bistro has the speed of a fast food place with the service of a fine dinning restaurant. It‰s the ultimate Chinese food restaurant. The staff raises the bar of excellence by exceeding every customer‰s expectations. The floors almost sparkle as you walk by them, and the buffet is refilled every ten to twenty minutes, guaranteeing fresh and abundant food. The servers are all very polite continuously stopping by the table asking how you‰re doing.

The buffet is by far the best choice because of the wide variety of food, and unlimited quantities. Some people choose to order their food because they only want one dish. For those times when you want to take some food home, you can place a takeout order. They even give you microwavable Tupperware for your entr³e and little Chinese boxes for your rice.

The restaurant is open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Having flexible hours allows guests a convenient schedule to come and dine.

Chen‰s Bistro can satisfy any Asian food you happen to be craving. The sushi bar in Chen's has around fifteen different options, and there are about fifty colorful entrees to choose from. Also there is Hibachi grill; a professional chief stands behind a glass wall, cooking what ever you want on the grill. From chicken to shrimp the Chef has it all and will even add his own personal opinion on what would taste better.

Chen's also offers something for those who are not fanatical about Asian cuisine. They serve a variety of chicken grilled to your liking, BBQ spare ribs, chicken wings and the always-delicious filet mignon. For The guests who do not wish to eat meat, there is a salad /fruit bar along with a variety of noodles available.

Chen‰s Bistro also specializes in private parties and reservations for those special occasions. There are rooms in the back and sides where the parties can enjoy their meals in privacy. As you can see, the possibilities are endless.

Other Asian buffets can only compare in quantity and not quality. At other restaurants you run the risk of getting zero service, food that makes your stomach turn and a whole bunch of loud Asian people who don‰t speak English. At Chen‰s Bistro, you can reverse all those problems and have an unforgettable dining experience. The service at Chen‰s Bistro can be compared to the service given at the very popular PF Chang‰s, which is located all along the East and West Coast. The difference between PF Chang‰s and Chen‰s Bistro is the buffet. Why settle for less when you could have the best of both worlds? Watch out PF Chang‰s!
