Yet another week has gone by and Spring Break is here:
YIPEE! This past week has been a trying one for me. I've been flanked by
projects, classes, work and toiling over the magazine. Iām not complaining,
but I have to say that Iām glad Spring Break has finally arrived.
Thereās no doubt about it: Iām a bit disappointed with my loyal subjects· err,
I mean, readers of Whim. Last week I proposed a mission for all of you and not
one of you responded on the Bruise
Board. I know this has been a busy week; believe me Iām in the eye of the
storm just waiting to fall from the sky, but a hello or maybe a shout out to
the peeps might be nice. Like I said last week, whenever you have a free
moment in your day, you should stop by the old Whim site and see whatās going
on.
Iām going to let things slide this time because I know itās been a terribly
difficult week, but now you have no more excuses. We will all be on Spring
Break with no other obligations until school is back in session on March 17,
St. Patrickās Day. Sure, we all have projects to work on and book reviews to
neglect- I mean tend to- over break, but that leaves boocoos of time to drop a
line with Whim.
As I often say, I believe you will be most delighted with this weekās edition
of Whim. We have put together a wonderful array of tips, dos, donāts, lists
and stories to tantalize your mind with. So as staffer Shaun Corley always
says: ćSit back, grab a Yoo-hoo, and jump in!ä
Thanks again for reading, and donāt forget to spread the word!
