Sweet 16 Texas vs. UCONN
Sure, Texas gets to play in San Antonio, but UConn's Gordon and Okafor don't
get as much respect as they deserve. This should be a great Sweet 16 match-up,
but I have this game being the upset... with UConn advancing.
Maryland vs. Michigan State
This is an interesting number six vs. number seven seed game. Both teams are
better than their respected seeds and match up fairly well. But Maryland's
experience and determination to repeat last year's result will be the deciding
factor as the Terps won't need another buzzer beater to win this one. Fear the
turtle.
Elite 8 UConn vs. Maryland
A rematch of last year's meeting in the tourney, Maryland isn't as good as last
year but has the heart to carry them far. This should be an exciting game as
both teams have great stars to lead their teams, but we have to give it to
experience, and that must go to the Terps.
