Whim Newsletter: Season 13-09
This is this week's newsletter. It's not last weeks
because it's this weeks.
Only in Southwest Virginia would we get weather like
this: last week it was hella nice, with temperatures spiking in the low 70s and
by Sunday--BAM! several inches of snow. The kicker is, it's supposed to be BACK
in the 70s by mid-week. Cross your fingers and hope it stays there.
Anyway, grab a Yoo-hoo and jump into the new edition of Whim!

STUDENT MEDIA NEWS
Hear ye! Hear ye! Whim needs thee! OK, that was bad, but seriously, Whim does
need new faces, namely yours. We're looking for writers, artists/cartoonists,
PR folks, copy editors and programmers. We hold our weekly meetings every
Sunday at 6:30 in Waldron 225. Stop by and say hello.
Unfortunately, Executive Assistant John Cordiano still has Lisa Huff's bumble bee wings in his car. He apologizes profusely and will return them as soon as possible, or when he remembers (whichever comes first).
The premiere for Exit 109's Spring edition will be held in the Flossie Martin Gallery, in Powell Hall, on April 23 at 7pm.
OK, that's a wrap for this week. Ciao!
