Mid-terms are fast approaching; in fact I'm sure some of you have already begun them. It's not an easy or fun time. Mid-terms are stressful, but they really shouldn't be. Whim is here to give you advice to make them a little less stressful.

  • Start studying now! Don't put off studying. Do a little each night. That way you won't be up until 4 in the morning before the exam.
  • Get plenty of rest. You have to be alert during this time. The better rested you are the more information you will retain.
  • Eat healthy. The better you eat, the better you'll feel. You need to be healthy to get through this time. And being healthy starts with eating healthy.
  • Relax. If you feel yourself getting unduly stressed, take a break. If you're too tense you won't be able to retain any info. Take a walk, meditate, do some yoga, or veg in front of the tv. If it gets your mind off of the stress, do it.

These are just a few suggestions to keep you going through this hectic time. If you have any other ideas post them at the bottom of the page in the feedback form. I'm sure other students will thank you for it.
