I completely agree with Jeff's comments. I am aware that Covington really has nothing to do with the cuts themselves however, if you continue to read Primate X over the next few weeks during the Dark Budget Cut Saga, you will see what devious plot Covington has to play in the world of Primate X.

Good thing you all can find some humor in the budget situation. It's really the only way we're going to ride it out...being able to make fun of the whole thing. On a side note, however, none of this is Gov. Warner's fault, or Pres. Covington's for that matter. Warner is cleaning up former Gov. Gilmore's huge mess, and Covington is simply following the mandates from the state government to the best of his ability.
