All our funding doesn't come from the same spot. We have different funds for different things, and the beautification funds need to be spent by a certain time (at least, this is what administrators have told me). I wonder, however, what the process of re-allocation of funds would be like.

sure, mulch helps provide nourishment for the plants and trees that provide more paper for the evil corporate scandalists that provide more inconveniences for us students that provide that cartoons like this.
