While planning your wedding may be the last thing on your mind, stop and take a look around campus at the number of married or engaged couples walking around.  If you are not one of them, it is very likely that you will be attending a wedding this year or at least know someone who is thinking about tying the knot.  Who knows, you may be asked to be in a wedding, help with some of the planning details, or give advice on wedding traditions.  

After recently marrying ourselves, and previously knowing little about the subject, we decided to share the insights and suggestions that we've found out along the way.  Hopefully it will save you, a friend, or a relative some time and money.

If this column is not relevant to you now, it may be in a few years.
