1. Adjustable shower head. No more ducking down to
wash my hair.
2. More outlets in the room. No more illegal daisy
chains.
3. It's air conditioned! When spring hits it'll be nice and
cool.
4. Counter in the bathroom. It's just nice.
5. Adjustable height on
the box springs. Lift up a couple of notches and get extra space under the
bed.
6. Full mirror in the bathroom. Now I can actually see how I look
overall instead of just my face.
7. Ethernet outlets on both sides of
the room. No more taping one of the cords up on the wall.
8. No more
radiator. That space taker is gone!
9. New handicap ramp. The only one on
campus that just flows nicely with the building.
10. Low flow toilet. It's
good for the environment so I guess that's cool.

Hrm, From all i've heard, they forgot to put shower heads on some showers, forgot to patch some holes... lets see, didn't replace the tile in some rooms. they also forgot to replace the cable and ethernet ports in some rooms. Yeah, it sounds like the dorm would be nice, if they finished ALL the rooms.
