Ask a Stupid Question
Amanda Hoffer | Life Section Manager
Katie Tandler | Staff Writer
Welcome back to the last regular edition of ASQ for
the semester. Next week we will be handling your holiday inquires. On with this
week's questions.

My car is infested with beetles. How do I get rid of them?
Amanda: I would suggest insecticide. That or take it to the shop and see
what they suggest.
Katie: ...Must... resist... horrible... pun... VW Bug... tempts me... gah! I'll pass on this.
What causes that ringing in your ear after a loud noise?
Amanda: That ringing in your ear is the result of hearing damage that
can lead to hearing loss. Next time wear ear plugs.
Katie: Huh? What? You'll have to speak up... I just came from the Battle of the Bands down in Heth, and my ears are all hummy... I just hope this clears up in time for the show at Champ's tomorrow (Friday) night! You know, Champ's? In Blacksburg? Where the amazing show with Couchboy, Far Less, and other incredible bands will be taking place at 8:30 P.M.? I heard that all the cool people will be there!
(This is in no way any sort of shameless plug on behalf of my good friends in Couchboy...)
Join us next week for the holiday edition of ASQ!
