Like any other big-budget blockbuster worth its salt, Lord of the Rings has its own jam-packed website, containing a plethora of information on the movie and its cast, as well as a host of exclusives.

Attractively designed and utilizing Flash, the site is divided into three sections: The Film, containing bios of the actors and filmmakers, news, production info as well as features exclusive to the site; The Legend, which contains information on the characters, Middle Earth, Tolkien's books, as well as downloads; and the final section, Join the Ring, containing a message board, a Lord of the Rings shop where you can purchase official merchandise, as well as trailers.
