When the weather is rainy and pretty much crappy, movies always seem to be the best choice to keep one's misery contained. And the most convenient way to stay inside and watch a good flick at the same time is to pop in a DVD or video rental. The following movie titles are a select few of the latest, most popular rentals currently available. Watch them now, they're highly recommended. After all, "March showers bring April flowers," right? You won't be stuck inside for long!

Training Day
Denzel Washington plays Alonzo Harris, a veteran narcotics detective in Los Angeles. He shows rookie cop Jake, played by Ethan Hawke, the ropes and teaches him that the rules and guidelines do not apply on the streets. Jake learns the hard way that even some good cops can go really bad.

Riding in Cars with Boys
In this film, you will watch twenty years of Beverly Donofrio's, played by Drew Barrymore, life over a span of a couple of hours. Bev goes through many hardships such as welfare parenthood with a heroin-addicted husband and the trials and tribulations of a son who takes priority over her ultimate goals. Definitely a chick flick.

Zoolander
Ben Stiller plays Derek Zoolander as a clueless fashion model who is completely oblivious to a weirdo plot to brainwash him and turn him into an assassin. When he finally catches on to the plot, he and his former rival model Hansel, played by Owen Wilson (Behind Enemy Lines), join up to rid of the poodle-haired villain who is played by Will Ferrell. The movie is full of celebrity cameos and guaranteed to make you laugh your Gucci socks off.

The One
In this sci-fi thriller, Jet Li is faced with the most ultimate (and strange) challenge any human being could ever face, himself. He plays a renegade in Multiverse Agency who has to travel through "quantum tunnels" to get rid of all of versions of himself that exist. When it comes down to only two versions of him, it gets tricky. This movie has amazing special effects, directed by James Wong.

A.I. Artificial Intelligence
Originally director Stanley Kubrick's project, he left it to awe-inspiring Steven Spielberg to create for the big screen. In the movie, young David is disregarded by his trial parents and is forced to live alone in an unkind world. As he searches for his mother, he discovers the end of the world and the epilogue pulls the audience into an even deeper realm of wonder and amazement. Along with John William's awesome musical score, the film consists of unbelievable technical mastermindedness that releases all kinds of human emotions.

Joy Ride
Lewis (Paul Walker) and his brother Fuller (Steve Zahn) drive from Salt Lake City to pick up Lewis' girlfriend (LeeLee Sobieski) from her college in Boulder, Colorado. But on the way to Boulder, the two brothers put a CB radio in their car and end up playing a practical joke (which is pretty funny) on a trucker while on the road. A day later, they regret they ever got the radio because the vengeful trucker is after the three of them for a lovely little joy ride.
