OK, by now I’m assuming most of you have seen Lord of the Rings (and for those of you who haven’t: why?). Now
that you’ve seen it once, it’s time to go see it again. Need a reason to? Here’s ten of ‘em.
| 10) |
The fight scenes. Amazing, breathtaking choreography. |
| 9) |
Ian McKellan’s Gandalf. One word: spectacular. |
| 8) |
The special effects, particularly any scenes involving Saurman’s castle. |
| 7) |
Liv Tyler as Arwen. |
| 6) |
Just to see Christopher Lee in action again. Between this trilogy and Episode Two, a whole new generation will get
to see what Tall, Dark and Gruesome (as he is affectionaly known) is all about. |
| 5) |
To see how far Peter Jackson has come since Dead Alive. |
| 4) |
Awesome camera shots and beautiful locales. Almost makes me want to move to New Zealand. |
| 3) |
The scene in which the Fellowship of the Ring is born. I about jumped out of my seat and yelled “hell yeah!” |
| 2) |
Howard Shore’s grand and sweeping score. |
| 1) |
Simply put, this movie is a roller coaster ride. Every emotion you can imagine, this movie will bring out. There are parts
where you want to stand up and cheer, and parts where you want to break down and cry. |
So, what are you waiting on? Scurry your hairy little hobbit feet to the theatre!
