Garlic Cucumber Mix-Up for One
Submitted by Amanda Poore

Ingredients:

One cucumber
1/8 cup Grape Nuts (optional)
2 slices American cheese
2 slices deli ham
1/8 cup ranch dressing
dab of garlic powder
dab of salt
dab of pepper
Directions:
Cut the skin off of the cucumber; cut cucumber into slices, then into quarters.
(put in bowl)
Cut the American cheese into tiny squares, then add to bowl.
Cut the ham into tiny squares, then add to bowl.
Add a dash of pepper, salt and garlic powder to the bowl.
Pour Grape Nuts into the bowl.
Finally, add the ranch dressing so that it lightly covers the ingredients when stirred.
Enjoy.

Low-Fat Pudding and Stuff Dessert
Submitted by Brandon Faust

1 pudding cup, chocolate or vanilla
2 crumbled Graham crackers
1 squirt of whip cream (as much as you want, of course)
1/2 banana sliced

It's simple, delicious and it doesn't make you feel like a cow in the end.
