A look to the future of gaming: Final Fantasy XIII

Squaresoft is the one of the greatest companies of all time, and yet another final fantasy title will be making a preview on the Playstation 2. Although no screenshots are available (due to production rights), Final Fantasy XIII is scheduled to be released in 2007.

The basic plotline of the game revolves around a hero named Alfred, who must save a certain Princess Rosa from the evil dragon king Valvados. Of course a wizard named Vorman and a mysterious knight accompany him on his noble quest. There is even an appearance from the funny chicken-bird chocobo, once again. The entire plot revolves around love, and once again Square has accomplished what it has always strived for: originality. After all, we all know that Cloud, Squall, Zidane and Tidus have nothing on the guy, right?
