Radford is making preparations for its newest residents, the Clintons. The Clintons will be moving to Radford next week, and the whole town is talking about it. When asked why they chose the city of Radford Mrs. Clinton replied, “Well, I was going to take a new job in New York, but it involved a lot of work in Washington D.C., and I didn’t want to be away from my husband so much. He has been known to sneek around with other women when I’m gone. I’m hoping I can keep a better eye on him here. Plus our daughter is in college now so we don’t need a house as big as the last one." Mr. Clinton replied with, “I heard RU chicks are hot and like to party. I’m hoping maybe a few of them will intern for me.” The Clintons also stated that they like the small town atmosphere of Radford as compared to their former residence where they experienced a lack of privacy and their “dirty laundry” getting aired out in the public. The Clintons hope that the Radford community will welcome them with open arms and make their new home a happy one.
