Star Wars simming is a Role Playing Game (RPG) that is played exclusively on America Online. Star Wars sims have been around for three years, and has become a popular game with over seven hundred people involved in it.
Star Wars simming involves the movie series ³Star Wars,² and
is also based on the various Star Wars books. The object of the sim
is to design a character, Jedi, Bounty Hunter, Royal Guard,
Stormtrooper, Rebel or what-not, and interact in character with
others in the member rooms.
You can use blasters, force powers and lightsabers, in an epic
struggle to once again see who rules the galaxies. All this in an RPG of a storyline that has been going forever.
Star Wars simming only uses imagination. There are no graphics for this game. What you will see in the chat rooms is
something similar to this:
::walks in, in all black attire, weapons at his sides, info in profile::
Above is an action statement that describes to everyone that you
have entered the room, what you look like in dress and where your weapons are. If you need more information still, you can look at the profile. Itıs nothing fancy, but that is how Star Wars simming works.
If you have America Online, and you enjoy Star Wars or role playing games then you should try this out. There is an incredibly strict rule structure though, and there are people all around who are experienced.
